Lokermining - Established on October 8, 1991, PT Darma Henwa Tbk. (Darma Henwa or Company) embarked on its journey.

In July 1996, the Company underwent a significant transformation, transitioning from a domestic investment (PMDN) entity to a foreign investment (PMA) company. This change came about as Henry Walker Group Limited acquired the majority of the Company's shares. Simultaneously, the entire Articles of Association were revised to align with Indonesian Company Law. Subsequently, in September 2005, PT HWE Indonesia officially became PT Darma Henwa. This name alteration received the stamp of approval from BKPM through their Letter of Approval No. 41/V/PMA/1996, dated May 15, 1996. As a result, the Company was granted a Permanent Business License (IUT) by the Decision of BKPM Chairman No. 215/T/PERTAMBANGAN/2001, issued on May 17, 2001. Additionally, the Company obtained the Letter of Approval for Expansion of Foreign Investment No. 138/II/PMA/2001.

Moreover, an amendment to the Articles of Association was made according to Deed No. 38, dated July 17, 2007. This deed was prepared and presented before Humberg Lie, SH, SE, M.Kn, and subsequently registered under Company Register No. TDP 090314516764 at the Company Registration Office of South Jakarta. The registration was finalized on August 13, 2007, as indicated by document No. 658/RUB 0903/VIII/2007. The amendment primarily addressed the changes implemented for the Initial Public Offering, and it received approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights on July 19, 2007.

The most recent amendment to the Company's articles was documented on October 27, 2020, through Deed No. 64, prepared by Humberg Lie, SH, SE, M.Kn, a Notary in Jakarta.

As per Article 3 of the Company's Articles of Association, Darma Henwa's objectives encompass a range of activities. These include mining support and excavation services, repair of metal fabrication products, machinery and equipment, rental and operating lease of machines, equipment, and tangible goods, road and railroad construction, building construction, construction of civil buildings, demolition and land preparation, as well as head office activities.

Menyusun rencana dan design tambang jangka pendek (harian sampai 8 mingguan) berdasarkan "sequence" yang benar, mengacu pada design dan rencana tambang jangka menengah dan panjang (tahunan), sesuai dengan teknis operasional penambangan yang mencakup rencana produksi dan estimasi kebutuhan alat serta melakukan antisipasi penyesuaian design & planning di lapangan

Requirements:

Pendidikan min S1 Teknik Pertambangan/Geology

Geologist

Job Description:

Carry out data collection, analysis, and monitoring of geological data in the project to ensure the fulfillment of mining standard procedures and quality target clients/customers to support the effectiveness of mining operations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mining geology
Having experience in same position minimum 3 years
Having excellent experience in the geology mining procedure, road maintenance, HSE procedure, HRD procedure
Having POP certification is preferred
Able to work with a deadline
Have good communication & attention to detail

Pengalaman 3 tahun sebagai Engineer di industri pertambangan

Requirements

Sarjana Teknik Pertambangan

Job Description:

Develop medium- and short-term mine plans and designs (daily, weekly, monthly to yearly) based on geologist data, survey data, correct "sequences", by mining operational technicalities that include production plans and estimated tool needs, and anticipate design &planning adjustments on the ground to improve the effectiveness of mining operations by HSE standards and customer desires.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering / Geology
Having experience in same position minimum 2 years (Short, Mid, Long Term)
Having excellent experience in Road Design, Mine Operation Technique Method, Pit Service Management, Mine Geology, Mine Design, and Mine Planning.
Able to operate Mine Software (minescacpe, spry, minex, etc)
