AFTER MARKET HEAD - VOLVO TRUCK
Requirement
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the field
- Understand the scope of work service and spare parts
- Have a leadership spirit
- Preferably who are accustomed to handling service contracts in the mining world
- Ready to be placed at Wadebay work location
Job Description
- Run and monitor Volvo Truck aftersales support operations on site
- Ensure contracted service and contracted parts runs well
- Create work plans within the operational scope of mechanical contract service and spare part contracts
- Control all the needs of parts, tools and other necessities for service and spare part operations
- Perform internal coordination with subordinates, superiors and between departments

- Create work plans in achieving Service Contract sales targets
- Make periodic reports for service contract performance and soft product performance that has been running
- Create competitive service contract package to support increased sales
- Mainten customer satisfaction with CSA & Soft Product
- Coordinate with the principal in making CSA & Soft Product offer program

Job Description
- Monitoring commercial operation for Volvo Truck and Bus
- Make work plans in achieving sales targets
- Control and monitor weekly and monthly reports for national revenue
- Conduct internal coordination with superiors, subordinates and between departments, as well as coordination with all branches to achieve national revenue targets
- Establish communication with the principal in making commercial programs
- Make regular reports that must be submitted to the principal

MECHANIC TRUCK
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal SMK/Sederajat (jurusan teknik mesin/otomotif)
- Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun (Mechanic) atau 5 tahun (Senior Mechanic) sebagai mekanik dump truck
- Familiar dengan truck-truck Volvo / Eropa lebih disukai
- Kompetensi: Mesin Diesel, Overhoul engine, Gardan, Transmisi, Hydrolik, Brake System, dan Electrical pada unit Truck
- Bisa mengemudikan kendaraan roda 4
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan dengan target terukur
- Sudah mengikuti program vaksinasi dari pemerintah
